Our approach

A diagnostic-first practice — not a 15-minute conveyor belt.

Every consultation starts with a thorough assessment. Our physiotherapists are trained in musculoskeletal diagnostics, biomechanics, and post-operative protocols developed alongside Auckland's leading orthopaedic surgeons. From there, we build a plan that pairs hands-on manual therapy with the exercise rehab and education you need to actually get better — and stay better.

We treat everyone from desk-bound office workers to internationally competing athletes, and we take both kinds of patient just as seriously.

01

Assess

Full musculoskeletal screen. We talk through your goals, history and the activities you want to get back to — then identify the mechanism, not just the symptom.

02

Treat hands-on

Manual therapy tailored to you — deep tissue work, joint mobilisation, manipulation, passive stretching, taping, or Western acupuncture / dry needling where it helps.

03

Rehab + reload

Targeted exercise prescription that builds back strength, resilience and the confidence to push harder than before. We follow through on ACL, knee, shoulder and spinal post-op protocols.

04

Return to play

Sport-specific testing and a graded return. Our team has run sideline rugby, netball and high-performance pathways — we know what "ready" actually looks like.

What we do

Four pillars. One coordinated team.

Most clients move between physiotherapy and exercise rehab during recovery, and many add acupuncture or massage to accelerate it. You can book any pillar directly — our clinicians coordinate behind the scenes.

01 ACC + Private

Physiotherapy

Hands-on manual therapy tailored to the individual. Deep tissue work, joint mobilisation and manipulation, passive stretching and taping. Our physios use a diagnostic-first approach to identify the cause of pain — not just chase the symptom.

  • Deep tissue massage
  • Joint mobilisation
  • Joint manipulation
  • Passive stretching
  • Taping

02 Add-on

Acupuncture

Western acupuncture (dry needling) used to modulate pain and accelerate tissue healing. Our physios are trained to explain the neurophysiology — mechanical, chemical and reflex responses — and integrate it into your wider treatment plan.

  • · Pain modulation
  • · Tissue healing acceleration
  • · Trigger-point release
  • · Neurophysiological framework

Exercise Rehabilitation

Strength and conditioning isn't optional — it's what makes the hands-on work stick. Every plan is built around your injury, your sport and your goals, so the gains carry into life outside the clinic.

Massage Therapy

Resolve everyday aches or maximise recovery and performance with a style tailored to the moment. Therapeutic for general tension, remedial for specific dysfunction, sports for pre-event flush and post-event recovery.
