ACC registered · Est. clinic

Hands, not
handouts.

Central Auckland physiotherapy for people who'd rather be back on the field, the bike, the bench, or the floor than waiting another week to feel right. We're an ACC-registered clinic running two rooms — Eden Terrace and Mt Eden — built around manual therapy, acupuncture and proper exercise rehab.

§ 01 — APPROACH

Manual
therapy
first.

At Physio Impact we believe in a hands-on approach. Treatment isn't a printout — it's a pair of trained hands, a needle when it helps, and a programme that gets you stronger than you were before the injury.

Our physiotherapists are trained across deep tissue work, joint mobilisation and manipulation, passive stretching, taping, and Western (neurophysiological) acupuncture. We work with everyday clients across Central Auckland — runners, parents, desk workers, surgical recoveries — and we work with high-performance international athletes and sports teams.

The fundamentals are simple: figure out what's actually wrong, do the manual work that releases it, then build the rehab that stops it returning. No two sessions look the same.

§ 02 — SERVICES

Four ways
we put hands
on the problem.

We don't bolt machines to people. Every appointment combines clinical reasoning, hands-on technique, and a clear plan you can take home.

01

Physiotherapy

At Physio Impact we believe in a 'hands-on' approach. Manual therapy may consist of deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, manipulation, passive stretching and taping. There are many forms of manual therapy that physiotherapists use, each tailored to the individual.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a powerful modality used to modulate pain and accelerate the body's natural healing. Our physiotherapists are trained in Western Acupuncture — meaning we can give you a neurophysiological rationale for every needle: mechanical (releasing knots and scar tissue), chemical (increasing blood flow), and reflex (stimulating subconscious responses that lift pain tolerance).

  • · Western Acupuncture
  • · Dry Needling
  • · Pain modulation
  • · Tissue healing
  • · Neurophysiological

Exercise
Rehabilitation

To ensure a full recovery — and to keep the gains from hands-on work — you need to strengthen and stretch the right muscles. We build exercise-based rehab programmes specific to your injury and your goals, from a return-to-sport ACL plan to a desk-friendly back routine.

  • · Injury-specific
  • · Strength & conditioning
  • · Performance rehab
  • · ACL rehabilitation
  • · Post-operative
